When she hears more and more talk about « gluten-free », Fabienne decides to put herself in the kitchen of her bakery-pastry-chocolate factory. The journey is long: to learn, to navigate, to swallow pages and pages, to try to understand the role of gluten and how to replace them, to read the scientists to know how the glutens intoxicate us.
It was in 2013 that Fabienne discovered her hypersensitivity to gluten. His stomach pains, which since his childhood began in the morning and left only at night, have definitely stopped thanks to a gluten free lactose-free BIO diet. This unexplained nagging evil has since given way to a sweet lightness, inexpressible and so agreeable.
